in my opinion the first all have ace stuff, but i think bumgarner is tho only sureshot, since cahill and feliz have some issues keeping the bb in check...but if they ever do, they also should be aces....
I think the first two are really top notch prospects, while the next two are a step down.

Bumgarner (The frame and projectability, with the age and command, all point toward good things) Feliz (I see D.Cabrera, U.Jimenez, E.Volquez, F.Morales, etc. until proven otherwise, so I'm a little more cautious with my expectations with him. Definately top notch raw stuff though! ) Cahill (Top end could be Webb but more likely D. Lowe) Anderson (#2 top end but more likely a #3)
Both Bum and Feliz were overrated coming into the season, but regardless they are your clear-cut top 2 for fantasy purposes. I'm not sold on Bum becoming an ace (lack of secondary offerings), and Feliz has better raw stuff/more upside.

Anderson. Has 4 good pitches, no real great out pitches. If he develops he could be, based on reviews of his makeup, a great pitcher for a long time, otherwise hes a middle of the rotation guy. Cahill, Least likely to fail, but not quite a top tier guy in the long run (I like the Lowe comp). Having trouble adjusting to the Majors it seems.
UNRATED Feliz. Hes a closer at the ML level, and I dont invest in minor league closers. His offspeed stuff is junk, and velocity can only get you so far. Yeah, hes one of the youngest pitchers in AAA, but he isnt exactly setting the world on fire. I would take Holland, Perez and Boscan out of that system first.

+1
I think Bum is the premier guy of this bunch. the only concern is 'the unknown'. he has all the tools
Beware, Feliz struggles so far may partially be explained by shoulder issues. Rangers are pushing back his next start for Oklahoma accordingly. They say nothings wrong, but proceed cautiously. Love that fastball when its on!
Despite one fauz pas,Ccahill has been very solid for OAK so far
Anderson is the poor mans of the quarter (but still close, and he is a very nice minor to own)
