2.) Kelly Johnson
3.) Justin Masterson
4.) Scott Richmond

Since you're not sold on that yet, I'd pick Jacobs second. You'll probably end up dropping Masterson one day, as the Red Sox rotation evolves, but now is not the time.

I would say Johnson or Richmond, depending on your team.

I don't think very highly of Richmond, and while the way the Jays are playing right now he may get some wins, but his WHIP is not that great.

I would drop Kelly Johnson. Although he could post above-average 2B numbers, he hasn't done so yet. Additionally, Omar Infante is stealing at-bats from him in Atlanta. Jacobs is hitting for some power, Masterson is likely only going to be a Sox SP until Dice-K returns, but he has one of the top offense to back him up. Richmond may not keep this pace up, but has given you no reason to drop him given your choices.
