Thanks for the help with mine!

I like that offer for Fielder. You have OF talent and need an Upgrade at 1B. I think that is a reasonable offer!

Good Luck!

I'd take the Granderson/Slowey side just because you're not going to be using Fowler on an everyday basis and you're getting Slowey on the side. Crawford for Granderson is about equal really, but I guess his SB total has really overinflated his value, I suppose.

I'd prefer the Crawford/Fowler for Fielder deal, if you can get it.

I would also prefer the Grandy/Slowey side of things. But I expect Slowey to turn it around...

Edit: Of course I no more than say that...and he begins to get pounded in the lst inning! LOL...

I'd probably value Francisco higher than Slowey at the moment although I'm not sure if the other guy would too.

Well, Slowey is a flyball pitcher by nature and as is the Twins' M.O. to pitching, he'll rather put the ball in play than walk batters. I think some of the predictions were too bullish on Slowey (see Predictions forum), but I liken him to a James Shields Lite. He won't strike out too many, but the ratios will be there even if he winds up with a 4.00 ERA because of his flyball tendencies.

I think Crawford alone is enough for Fielder, but I actually don't see much problem with your original deal. I like Slowey and the Twins, they have a good closer (which I always look for with a SP) and although Granderson is not as trendy as he used to be, he is more productive.

Thanks for help on mine.

I think you should ask for a better arm than Slowey if giving up Crawford.

Thanks for the help on mine.

I think you can go ahead and take this trade. Losing Crawford for Granderson won't hurt you in steals because you're pretty strong there. You'll add some needed power and you don't really need Fowler, while Slowey will help out your staff.

Thanks for your help with mine.
