This is a points league and the categories are: AB (.3), R (2), H (1), 2B (3), 3B (4), HR (8), RBI (2), SB (4), CS (-1), BB (1), IP (1), W (30), L (-5), SV (15), OUT (1), ER (-1), BB (-1), K (3)
Skys the Limit would start Ramirez at 3b and Hinske at Corner IF. He also has enough pitchers that he is going to go over the limit of 1400. Rivera though is the best pitcher he has per inning pitched.

I have no idea why the guy wiht Rivera didn't draft a better 3b.
Seeing how he is about to get two 3B's for Rivera, it appears he knows what he's doing
Kind of a wierd trade, I agree, but not really vetoable. Ramirez and Hinske are both top 10 3B's and Rivera is the man, but, one has to wonder how often the Yanks are going to be looking to bring him in to finish a game. Right?
I hate the fact that it's an 11 and 18 for a 2, but Aramis Ramirez should never have lasted that long in the draft, especially in a points league with that scoring, and Rivera should never have gone that early.
I see Rivera as more of a 5th round pick and Ramirez as more of an 8th or ninth round pick, so I wouldn't veto.
Well, I understand your concern...but I wouldn't veto. Aramis may actually even it out, I expect a strong season from him. Going on history though, Mariano is clearly the man.

No veto from me. Must have been an odd draft, but this trade is fair enough to go through.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
Just speculating...but the guy picking up Hinske and Ramirez may be planning on trading one of them to someone else that's weak at 3B that has something he wants.
