As for his major league stats from last year, he was used as a situational lefty. So he never faced top tier RH batters. When he gets to the majors as a starter your not going to see those crazy stats you saw the end of last year. IMHO
If A-Rod is not a top tier RH batter you are correct. Miguel Cabrera? What's a Miguel.

LHP David Price had another rough start for Triple-A Durham, walking five while allowing four runs and six hits and lasting just four innings. Price (1-4) hasn't made it past the fourth in four of his six starts under a 75-pitch limit and has a 4.74 ERA. ...

He is a great young pitching prospect with nasty stuff. Came up late last year and was lights out. Hes not in the MLB because they feel hes not 100% ready.
What you mean he is not ready, Price is as ready as there is. He is only down in the minors cuz of money issues, if he is in the Angels or Yanks, he will be up in the beginning of the season.

If he was with the Angels they would have brought him up at the start of the season and then benched him.
