They sent him down to work on his changeup so his stats haven't been pretty. they have him on a strict pitch count due to being injury prone in college. He's a talent and investment they don't want to mess up. So I wouldn't expect him up to he can get his pitch count around 100 which will probably coincide with his super two status.

As for his major league stats from last year, he was used as a situational lefty. So he never faced top tier RH batters. When he gets to the majors as a starter your not going to see those crazy stats you saw the end of last year. IMHO

If A-Rod is not a top tier RH batter you are correct. Miguel Cabrera? What's a Miguel.

why is he so heavily owned if hes not in the MLB? what happened to him, and what's his potential?

He is a great young pitching prospect with nasty stuff. Came up late last year and was lights out. Hes not in the MLB because they feel hes not 100% ready.

What you mean he is not ready, Price is as ready as there is. He is only down in the minors cuz of money issues, if he is in the Angels or Yanks, he will be up in the beginning of the season.
