Trading Sizemore? WHIR

Would either of these deals be worth doing. If so which one could help my team out more.
Hanley Ramirez/David Price for Grady Sizemore/Kyle Lohse
or
Miguel Cabrera/Josh Hamilton/Andrew McCutchen for Grady Sizemore/James Loney/Frank Francisco

My problem with the first is that I already have 2 minor league pitchers and I am thinking of picking up another if I get a player to land on the DL, so I'll only have 5 starters until one of them get called up. The 2nd one is that I would only get 1 player who performs right away while trading away 3 and I am in a win this season mode.

Keeper 20 Team H2H 6x6(OBP and HLD). We kept 6 this past year. We keep 12 the end of this year.

I think I would take either one of those. I would prefer trade 2 though as you get 2 borderline 1st round talents. Not a fan of Loney's as he doesn't have any power.
