he sent the trade to me tonight and says I have to accept it by tomorrow before he leaves work. I am thinking about going into my boss's office tomorrow to tell him first because my boss is in the league also and maybe coming from me I can word the story where maybe it doesnt seem so bad. Im also contemplating waiting it out until as late as possible and seing if he goes through with it and if I see him make his move to the boss;s office then to go ahead and grab him and do the f'ng trade I guess %-6

Dude, I can't believe this shit. Is he really serious about ratting you out to your Boss? You really

should just kick the ever loving shit out of this other guy. Is he big?

AND your Boss is in your league? Yo, shit is crazy in your league man!

IF he is really freakin serious, then you have to intercept your boss first. He's going to know

something is up with that garbage trade, IMO.

Regardless, let all coworkers, friends, see the emails he sent to let coworkers and friends know he

is a loser and Douchey. ;-D

Tell the boss about this and maybe it is poetic justice that that guy gets fired for threating you and trying to cheat the league.

That sucks man. He's committing a crime against you (I believe), you have proof that he's black mailing you.. you could get him fired. So you could just tell him that and see what he says.

Otherwise, I'd go tell you boss now and have back up ready. If your boss is in the league, hopefully whatever you did isn't _that_ bad.

He'd be dumb to try and get you fired cuz he'd be fired too..

Once you get that all resolved, just kick him out of your league.

Good luck.

Your getting a lot of immature responses on here and it saddens me. Do not let some douche bag coward grab you by the balls and hold on tight. You know regardless of what you do with this trade, he could still rat you out anyway. He sounds like the type that would do that.

What I would do is kick him from the league anyway and not worry about what he does. Show that your no coward.

First of all, what did you do exactly that might get you into trouble at work? If you made an honest mistake then you should live with the consequences of your actions. We as humans have to be accountable for what we do.

Your painting this other guy out to be the consumate jerk, and your probably right, but what exactly happened at work that would cause you to lose your job.

Remember this, your job is more important than the league. It makes sure you have a place to live, food in your stomach, clothes on your back and your kids or anyone else that depends on you.

Do not forget how tough it is to replace your job in a tough market. There are thousands fo people not working right now whove done nothing but work an honest living all their lives.

Just be careful.

What standing are you with your boss? You always have to keep your core values integrity and self respect. If you have lost any of these, you basically have nothing to hang your hat on.

Nuff said.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!

My boss is a great guy and he has been in my league for as long as my close friends have however he easily seperates work from pleasure and without giving out to much info as for what I would be getting in trouble on, I sell merchandise for a living and I have been "fixing" the numbers" for the past year so it looks like I make more commision than I actually do. The ratt bastard knows this because I told him about my method (when I trusted him) and he never liked it and this is what he is hanging over my head. He can prove it ,all he needs to do is have accounting verify what his claim is and BAM they got me. Anyways so I think I will stick to my previous plan as losing a job right now is a scarier option than losing Greinke.

Well if he would do this over a trade then he's gonna do it over something else. Sooner or later he's going to tell your boss so you have 2 choices. Make the trade and hope he doesnt rat you out or frame him so he loses his job 1st.

Tough decision either way but as they say do unto others before they do to you and 2 people can only keep a secret if 1 of them is dead.

Hey your job is more important than Zack Greinke. I can't believe I just said that...I'm from KC and life long Royals fan - and my wife sometimes thinks I would leave her for Zack. :-)

However, keep your job, make the trade, and ban that d-bag from the league. Especially in the current economy/job market. I know too many good people who have lost jobs and can't find one now....so don't lose yours over some BS.

I should have also said that if all your doing is fudging the numbers and your not stealing then tell your boss and let the chips fall where they may. But if your stealing from your company your gonna get caught sooner or later. Hope everything works out for you.
