I do that deal in a heart beat if you can throw in Hamilton and get Cabrera, MigCab will finish in the top 3 for fantasy players this year, he is a monster. Look at what he is already doing, not to mention the weather hasn't warmed up yet, he mashes in the summer.

Plus here is my theory on Greinke, KC is not that good and I see him at best finishing 22-6 with a low 3 ERA, so that means for the rest of the year he goes 16-6 with a 4 ERA or so. I would take Halladay over him for sure, I think this deal is a MUST do if you can throw in Hamilton for MigCab. Good luck and thanks for the help with mine!

This deal is really close. As good as Greinke is doing, Halladay is about as much of a sure thing as you can get. Plus Markakis is my favorite player so I would probably pull the trigger.

I'd rather have the Greinke/Sizemore side. Sure, Halladay is more reliable than Greinke on the basis of a track record but that doesn't offset what Sizemore can do across all five categories. I like Markakis, but he's not yet either a 30 HR or 5-cat shoo-in. I like Mauer over Martin but upgrades with catchers tend to be marginal, which again doesn't offset that you're losing the best player in the deal. I see Greinke as a better replacement value than Halladay than Sizemore for Markakis personally.
