I trade away Victor Martinez and Jake Peavy, in return I would get Johan, Shields and Weiters. I also have Sandoval who usually sits on my bench, and my pitching is pretty weak.

Any thoughts??

I don't think you should do this. I'd rather V-mart and Peavy. Peavy is struggling but he will still get you Ks and Weiters won't be called up until at least June.

Perhaps you can flip Sandoval to someone for a pitcher on Shield's level.

I would take this deal...Shields and Peavy are close, slight edge to Peavy (how long do you think the Padres are giong to keep winning?) and V Mart for Santana and Wieters, I take the Santana side all day - having sandoval to help now is huge too

Not even a question. Peavy over Shields, slightly. V-Mart over Wieters. Johan may be the most valuable player, and is the most valuable pitcher, on the planet. Unless you play in a 4 team league, but the only thing that would make me say no is if you are replacing a stud pitcher with Johan.

Do this for sure. Sandoval will tide you over til wieters gets there, and shields + johan >>> than Peavy. god trade for you.

Thanks for mine..yeah you have to take this one. Weiters will be up soon and you have 2 stud SP's here..plus you get best player in the deal which helps.

this is a huge upgrade to your pitching staff, and you have two prime prospects to tide you.
