EFP league trade approved

In my Elite Fantasy Players daily league they allowed this trade:
Team A (in second place) gets A. Rod
Team B (in 2nd last) gets Swisher and Hermida.
Oh, ya, one more detail - Team B hasn't made a single roster change since Apr. 10! He's got Mauer STILL on DL and has Nady and Doumit in active spots while his bench is full of healthy players.
The trade went through last week and he still hasn't put either Swish or Herm. in active spots.
Yet the experts - who voted on it after several of us complained - approved the deal.
Myself and 4 others are quitting - at least 2 others probably already quit given their activity. I'm curious as to others thoughts.

Yeah. The trade on the surface is not a great one, and add in the one owner's lack of effort, and it screams of collusion.

Good move. So much more "elite fantasy players"! More like "elite cheaters".
