Injuries and Inexperience mounting, please help!

Hey guys, this is my first time doing fantasy baseball. I'm in a 12 team league that uses the 5x5 roto categories. My team started off great with me in first but now I've slid down to 4th. I have some injuries and I'm thinking of making a trade. Honestly I'm in over my head here. Anyways here's my team.

by the way, with my injuries, I have two empty roster slots.

I'm lacking in power here and really need a top player I think.

SP: Roy Halladay
SP: Johan Santana
RP: Francisco Cordero
RP: Frank Francisco
P: Manny Parra
P: Scott Downs
P: Josh Johnson
Bench: Ubaldo Jiminez

Anyways, I'm looking to possible ditch Santana in a trade for a top hitter to rake in some home runs, any idea on possible trade ideas or free agent fill-ins? Thanks so much!

I would like to help you out. List the top available free agent hitters and pitchers.

In terms of making a trade...I would try to trade Halladay or Johan to get a slugger maybe Longoria,Fielder,Braun..someone..start sending out offers to some teams and see what happens.

But list the free agents..im sure there is someone better than crisp available out there
