Help me cafe! 6th place and falling fast.. WHIR

I've been offered Berkman/Beltre/Zumaya for Markakis/Ziegler/Sherill. My CI spots have been my weakest and I have Dukes on my bench all the time because my OF is stacked. Should I trade away Markakis and co for a CI upgrade? I have Chris Ray who might take Sherills job soon and Zielger isn't exactly rock solid.Somehow I've managed to spot start Sanchez and Zambrano for all their bad starts while missing their good ones leaving my ratios terrible so I wouldn't mind getting rid of Sherrill and Ziegler before he gets blown up. Thoughts?

if you deal zeigler you are punting saves - you actually may be punting already. i think you are giving up the best player in the deal as well as your last closer trade chip. that said, your OF is deep. it's not a bad trade. really depends on what you think of beltre and punting saves

Sherrill has already lost the job and since Ziegler has been sick there has been talk of split duty even after he comes back. Zumaya? Yea don't know why he has him. Am I missing something? Certainly don't see him taking the job from Fernando Rodney unless you guys have holds. Yea he is back and throwing in the high 90s but unless he is giving you saves the guy does not have a whole lot of value. Berkman will come back.... no doubt about that. You don't hit over 100rbis for 6 of the last 8 seasons and simply drop off the face of the earth. And beltre? I don't know about this guy. He will get better then he has been but i wouldn't expect a whole lot. expect around 80 rbis and 80 runs and a average around .270. But he is DEFINITELY a upgrade over fields. I would defiantly do this deal for you. If nothing else you can pick up some fill in closers as the big guns get hurt and pick up some lost saves.

if you are punting saves I would do the deal - is there any way you could make a straight deal for Beltre who could come dirt cheap right now any way
