I'm always wary of 3-for-1 deals. You're not really getting the same value as the guy you traded away. Ramirez is one of the top players of the game. While i do like Ichiro and Jeter, you're giving up a top player. Also remember, you'd have to drop 2 dudes to make room for the guys coming over, so it's not really a 3-for-1. No deal.
