Trade Help Please

I'm in a 5X5 H2H keeper league and want help with a possible trade I want to make. Here are my current hitters:

I'm thinking about trading with another guy for either BJ Upton or Carl Crawford. This is his group of hitters:

First of all, do you guys think Upton will turn it around enough to have him over my outfield of Hamilton, Hart, Pence? Also, do you guys have any suggestions for who I should offer to try to get Upton (if he's worth it) or Crawford? Thanks for any help.
