If he would have given up a couple hits the previous 6 he wouldn't have been in the game so long and he would have left the game with 1 run earned at the most. He's getting back to form, he just ran out of gas yesterday and there was nothing Gardenhire could do about it until it was too late.
I friggin hope that is a sign of him turning it around. It is early, and I invested a little more in him than maybe I should have. I do still see him piling up a nice # of wins from here on out. The Twinkies seem to get hot after the ASB.

what do you expect out of a pitcher that's been hurt? If he was healthy I guarantee he'll be pulling up the same stats. I mean he's doing the same thing, except he doesn't throw as hard.
Are you interested in joining a 28 teams dynasty league? If so, PM me.

Alexei and Soto.
With Tex at least I know there is a track record to count on. Those two only have one season behind them. Ive started 1-3 in my hardcore league thanks to pretty much my entire lineup either hurting or sucking.
Least ZG is kicking butt.

so I guess expecting better than a 9.50 era and 1.50 whip is too much from my #4/#5 SP is too much? A win or two would be too much to ask for as well.

I'd like to thank Lindy's guide for suggesting to take Mccann instead of Kinsler. Its been working out great so far.
Big FMLS to:
Stephen Drew
Josh Hamilton
Brian Mc Cann
Scott Baker
And until recently David Wright.
My team looked fantastic on paper and now not so much.

Well after the draft I though I had a kick a* rotation of
* Brandon Webb
* Josh Beckett
* Cliff Lee
* Derek Lowe
* Ricky Nolasco
I picked up Mark Buehrle as a replacement for Brandon Webb which is working out ok. I just picked up Tim Wakefield off the waiver wire and hope that he is in a hot streak until my rotation settles down. Right now Nolasco and Beckett are benched and I am going with Lowe, Lee, Wakefield, Buehrle. Still I am near bottom in ERA and WHIP.
