Make a deal for some steals? WHIR

Postby h2wm » Mon May 04, 2009 12:21 am

I'm in an ESPN league head-to-head league with a need for some speed (12 stole bases this year) while I have some home runs to deal (39 this season).

My lineup is as follows:

Jorge Posada
Prince Fielder
Kelly Johnson
David Wright
J.J. Hardy
Ichiro (pretty big contributor, can get more than 30?)
Matt Holliday (not running as much)
Raul Ibanez (he has 3, wow)
Adrian Gonzalez
Adam Lind (bench)

Should I be worried about steals in a head-to-head league? I project less than 90 stolen bases for this team. Should I trade Ibanez for Carl Crawford?

Make sure to leave a link. Thanks.

If you can get Crawford for that and you have a need I see no problem with that.

Crawford's value is at a high right now. Ibanez has been playing well too though. If you can pull this off I would do it, but I don't see him doing this.
