WHICH WAY TO GO , UP OR DOWN????, WHIR

Im in a AL only 10 team 7x7 roto
first year keeper.

My team sucks, I know

but where to go from here? Try to place or try to get to last to get the 1st pick of new additions, rookies and prospects. Im currently in 7th . Right inn no mans land.

I only 3 illigetimet moves a year , besides DL and trades are unlimited or off the wire. THese guys are new to player pool so its going to count as a ill. move to grabb any of these guys. My question is being 4th in line who do think will fall to me and are they worth a Roster move?

I got 4th pick off the wire.
This is what most likely wont make it to me
Laporta,
Hughes and
Dontrelle Willis

So My next best idea is to play for keepers and pick up some holds. Who is best for this year and with next year in mind as keeper??
who's better

Delcarmen, Manny, ? BOS
Bailey, Andrew SP OAK ?
Aardsma, David ? SEA

Callaspo, Alberto 2B KC
Podsednik, Scott CF CHW

__________MY ROSTER-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Molina, Jose C
Varitek, Jason
Jacobs, Mike 1B
Kendrick, Howie
Beltre, Adrian 3B
Punto, Nick SS
Ramirez, Alexei 2B
Harris, Brendan SS
Gomez, Carlos CF MIN
Gutierrez, Franklin RF SEA
Holliday, Matt LF OAK
Sizemore, Grady CF CLE
Wells, Vernon CF TOR
Thome, Jim DH CHW

Bedard, Erik SP SEA
Blackburn, Nick SP MIN
Floyd, Gavin SP CHW
Jenks, Bobby RP CHW
Masterson, Justin SP BOS
Penny, Brad SP BOS
Porcello, Rick SP DET
Silva, Carlos SP SEA
Slowey, RP

WHIR, I do happen to be a NL expert, so I would love to return the favor WHIR
thanks
