His Longoria + for my Arod+ WHIR

I just got this trade offer in my 20-team keeper league 7x7 league (extra stats hitting: TB, OPS; pitching: K/BB and Holds). He offered Longoria, Yunel Escobar and Kazmir for A-rod, Hardy and Halladay. I'm pretty sure I won't do this, because I lose at each position and gain 'potential.' But I was thinking about a counter...

what I really want to know though is where you would put Longoria's value now? I know he's had a monster start...
