Trade Nolasco for J Weaver straight up? WHIR

After yet another crappy start from Nolasco, can I afford not to do this? Other manager will take this offer off the table soon. 10 team 6x6 H2H league with OPS and K/BB added to the standard cats.

My team (which is struggling mightily right now with pitching):

C Pablo Sandoval (SF - C,1B,3B)
1B Prince Fielder (Mil - 1B)
2B Kelly Johnson (Atl - 2B)
3B David Wright (NYM - 3B)
SS Mike Aviles (KC - 2B,SS)
OF Álex Ríos (Tor - OF)
OF Jacoby Ellsbury (Bos - OF)
OF Nate McLouth (Pit - OF)
Util Kevin Youkilis (Bos - 1B,3B)

BN Hunter Pence (Hou - OF)
BN Dexter Fowler (Col - OF)

SP Javier Vázquez (Atl - SP)
SP Jon Lester (Bos - SP)
RP Brian Fuentes (LAA - RP)
RP Heath Bell (SD - RP)
P Matt Lindstrom (Fla - RP)
P Scott Downs (Tor - RP)
P Mark Buehrle (CWS - SP)

BN Ryan Dempster (ChC - SP)
BN Ricky Nolasco (Fla - SP)
BN CC Sabathia (NYY - SP)
DL Justin Duchscherer (Oak - SP)DL
DL Hiroki Kuroda (LAD - SP)DL

WHIR!

If it were me, I would wait on Nolasco.

Thanks for your help on mine.

I would go for Weaver. his ERA is low 3's, where as Nolasco's is over six. Apart from this, I think Weaver would be a good pick up for you. Thanks for the help on mine, and I would go for it.
