As an owner of both Longoria and Grady, I can say that I rather have Sizemore. Longoria is at his highest point. He's going to end up at .280 or .290...Sizemore will get to about .275 or .280. Longoria will hit about 35 HR's....Sizemore will hit about 30....Sizemore will have fewer RBI, but more runs, and Sizemore will have 30 steals compared to about five for Longoria. This is all give and take...They are about equal, but you have Zimmerman.

Both are solid Top 15 players. You can't go wrong with either one, but one is going to drop off from his current pace (Longoria) and one is going to pick it up (Sizemore). You have 3B....you shouldn't make a deal for another one.

In a vaccuum I call it an even trade, but with your team, it would be a bad move....
