I have a manager getting impacient with his Rollins and eyeing my francoeur, would i deal such as...Francoeur, Konerko, Hardy for Rollins and Youkilis be possible in this situation in a 10 team 5x5 roto?

There's absolutely no way he'd go for that offer. I wouldn't even accept (if I were him) if you were only asking for Rollins. Cowboy up with your offer or find another trade target.
