Hang on to Shoppach or get another C?

10 Team 5x5 Roto keeper league

I don't know what to do with Shoppach. Do I hold on to him or pickup another C? He doesn't seem to get much PT to keep him.
Cs on the FA pool are AJ, Salty, Flores, Kurt Suzuki, and Barajas.
