Which one (1) to pick up?

Instead of waiting until the middle/end of year, I figure I need some RP to help me with whip and ERA..Besides my closers(which are really shakey) Fuentes, Valverde, Rodney, Hawkins. ( i just picked up Shields and Sampson)

I figured I could get a step up on the comp. and pick some one up..Here are some available, and what I think..Can ya help me with an opinion.. Thanks

Grilli: A couple bad outings by street and Grilli is closer
Frasor: Picked up Win today, and pretty good numbers
Taveraz: Is closing right now
Cruz: solid numbers
Aardsma and weathers

I would either drop Sampson, Bourne, Kaz matsui, or Span

Who would you drop and pickup??? should i drop sampson?
I am leaning towards Grilli, frasor, or cruz

Aardsma is an easy yes (Morrow just went on the DL today).

I would stay away from Frasor, as you need both Scott Downs to blow up and BJ Ryan to not claim the job back. I do not see tham both happening.
