My 1B/3B spots

Between 1B and 3B I have Chris Davis (eligible at 1st & 3rd, I'm using at 3B), Paul Konerko and Adam LaRoche, both of whom I will use at either 1B or UTIL.

Adrian Beltre is available in my league and I'm considering dropping someone, maybe Konerko, for him. The thinking is that I could use Davis at either position (depending on who else is hot/cold) and still have someone else (either Beltre or LaRoche) to use at either spot I wish.

Good idea? Or stay put?

I like Konerko over La Roche but I would find a way to pick up Beltre as the guy should rebound at some point

I agree with you. Beltre has been slumping but I like him quite a bit more than Konerko.

bump for Sunday AM

I'm thinking of dropping Konerko for Beltre to give me more versatility at the corners and a little insurance incase Davis has further/worse struggles.

I think Beltre for Konerko is a decent move ... I am not a big Konerko fan since he has been known to go cold for a while.
