lol - it scrambeled Fukodome's name.
For starters, I don't know if I would make that move with Hamilton strugling with a rib injury.
If you are intent, the only thin I could really see you upgrading is his 2nd baseman. I wouldn't trade Pedroia and Granderson though.
Maybe Pedroia, Granderson, Cordero for Hamilton, F. Rod/Papelbon, and Sanchez. I am guessing by his roster he is a big Red Sox fan so he might overpay for Pedroia.

Could I move Granderson, Iannetta, and a pitcher for Hamilton? Because I could always deal Pedroia for an elite SP if I'm struggling with pitching later on.

I'd rather have Granderson than Hamilton. I'd actually stay put.
