3 for 3 trade. Tell me how you all feel about it. I'm thinking of taking it. I know my pitching is messed up right now, I'm working on that.... and I'm thinking the first step is aquiring Peavy.

I hate to say this but I believe I"d keep what you got. Rios is your one top 30 OF. Pena has started off great compared to previous good seasons, in for a career year? I am not certain that Rollins is the hugest upgrade from Peralta (who will break out of his early funk don't you worry). Peavy is an upgrade over Young obviously but I wouldn't necessarily trade a pitcher on one team to another. Burrell is overrated you can go out and get a Cust etc type to give you the power that Burrell can give. Rollins provides little power and some SB from the SS positoin. Don't overpay for his name. If you want that production see if a guy like Elvis Andrus is available and you can get him for free.

I agree you could use a big OF bat. Your INF is sick. Wright will get it going soon don't worry.

In a 14 team league just keep running your 3 aces (verlander, young and maholm) and rotating in spot 2 start pitchers every week or every day streaming starters and you'll do just fine. Remember pitching is easiest to get. Plus you don't need Rollins with Drew coming off the DL shortly. You have SS covered. Do not press panic so soon. Upgrading your pitching and OF might be a good idea, but I would look to package up Jose Lopez to a team desperate for a MI. I would also try to sell high on Lind, maybe package Lind + Lopez for a marginal OF upgrade (Ibanez?).

With that free spot you could add upside prospect like a Hanson that might give your rotation a charge. Is Laporta available?

List FAs.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
