On paper, my team looks good, but I am struggling so far. I have only around 56.5 points out of 100 - just to give you an idea, if a team scores around 75-80 points, that's usually got for first place. My worst scoring categories so far have been ERA, WHIP, and Saves.
Post your link, and I'll DEFINITELY help you in return! I PROMISE! Thanks!

Thanks for your help. The best available players are:
Hitters: Jorge Posada, Jason Bartlett, Mark Reynolds, Marco Scutaro, Connor Jackson Pitchers: Zach Duke, John Maine, Glen Perkins, LaTroy Hawkins (now closing), Anibal Sanchez
As far as trade possibilities, I'm open to anything really.
It all depends on who you're willing to part with. I'd start with Damon or Ellsbury. You don't need THAT much speed, but you if you don't want to part with SBs, then consider trading Howard for a stud SP. I would keep Miggy cause he's worth his weight in gold at 1B
I'd try and package Sandoval and Verlander for an upgrade in SP...maybe Gallardo or someone like that? You could also use to get an upgrade at your second utility spot so packaging Sandoval and Verlander or Dempster for a bigger bat might be of some help too.
It looks like you'll have to improve your pitching a bit. A core of Sabathia, Verlander, Meche, and Wandy is decent (and once you get him back, Lackey) and you're getting hit hard by a few sluggish starts from Dempster and Sonny. You could use a third closer even if you have two top ones on board. I think long-term, you might need another power bat to complement Howard, M-Cab, and Uggla.
The moves I'd make off of FA/WW would be to drop Sonnanstine for Maine or Hawkins. Posada still has some meaningful value to be added or to be dealt and so, you'd probably have to dump Galarraga for him.
