Is this like, parody, or do people actually believe these things? Like do people actually think that Obama is a Monsanto employee elected by the company that makes Diebold voting machines? Or that a U.S. government program creates aurora borealis which in turn causes earthquakes in China? Or that at any point in time 83% of Americans wanted Ron Paul for president?

Some of these are relatively mainstream conspiracy theories, some of them are sane political opinions, but they're all so damn silly. My personal favorite is Arnold Schwarzenegger as a Jewish Zionist Nazi who can summon crop dusters/make small disabled children cry by giving a thumbs up (about halfway down).
