Ziegler succeeds on deception, but so far, the American League hasn't solved the puzzle. He's a No. 2 closer when healthy, but this illness might continue to sideline him over the weekend.

Wuertz only got the save opportunity because regular closer Brad Ziegler was out sick. It's unknown at this time how long Ziegler would be out, but it sounds like a day to day thing. The good news is that it looks like Wuertz is first in line for saves after Ziegler.

I'm wondering if it might be wise to pick up Wuertz for a save or 2...........Some CBS chatting suggested perhaps Zielgler might have the Flu bug....which would put him out for an extended period, due to the Flu hysteria........
