ROTOWORLD, 10:31 am: Hanley Ramirez (wrist) tried to hit in the batting cage before Thursday's game but cut the session after just five minutes. When asked how it went, Ramirez said, "Not good." His right hand, which was nailed with a John Maine pitch Monday night, remains swollen. He might not return until early next week.
ROTOWORLD 11:58 AM: Hanley Ramirez (wrist) could be available to pinch hit Friday night.
Ramirez has missed three games since leaving Monday night with a bruised hand and wrist, but reportedly felt strong on Friday morning. He could return to the starting lineup this weekend.
