I want to upgrade tulo and trade for Jimmy Rollins. What should I offer? Is this even a good idea? I was thinking Tulo plus a closer? What's fair.

SP- Hamels
SP- Zimmermann
RP- Street
RP- F. Cordero
RP- Morrow
RP- Frasor
DL0 Beimel

From the looks of it, I dont see how you can afford to lose a closer with your current team. You only have 2, so I would nix that idea immediately. I dont see how you could afford to make such a trade either way, a 2 for 1 trade right now would damage your team and I dont think Rollins will make you that much better. Id sit back, try to add another closer, browse the waiver wire, see what you can do for free first.

Good Luck

Edit: I forgot to put Morrow on my roster, oops. Also it looks like Street and beimel are both likely closers now. I'm not worried about finding saves, I always seem to do fine at that. I just want to know if Rollins is a decent upgrade over Tulo.

I counted Cordero and Street, Now I see that you added Morrow, your CL situation is looking much better than I thought initially. Beimel will have the jobn once he is healthy, but you cant rely much on him yet. However, now I think that packaging Tulo and a closer for Rollins will make sense for you. Obviously he wont take Street or Beimel in the deal, atleast I wouldnt, so you have to decide between the other 2. Personally I would try Tulo and Morrow for Rollins and see how he feels.

Cool? Good Luck man
