I am VERY high on Markakis, but I do need team speed. I dont think I will do this, but I wanted to run it by some people.

Hey man, I can see that you need steals, however Markakis is going to have a career year and is an anchor for your team. I might go another route, wait until Holliday starts to hit, then deal him for a Jacoby Ellsbury, Carl Crawford, or even Ichiro.

I agree. Markakis is a rock for any team. I love Ichiro and have been trying to land him myself, but I'd hold off dumping Markakis for him. Give some of your slower starters (Holliday) some time and see if you can land Ichiro without trading Markakis to get him
