Tulo but if Hardy comes cheaper or even free from FA with a free add I"d take him.

I gotta disagree here. Tulo has shown nothing in wo years. Hardy was solid last year. Until Tulo proves he hasn't gone soft, I'd stick with Hardy

Hardy is consistently streaky and has proven he can put up huge numbers then do nothing for a week.
Tulo is still finding his groove, he’s young and has shown glimpses of greatness (2007) he’s healthy now. I know that he has had a slow April, but I will go with Tulo every time over Hardy.
