Even though I love Kinsler and Heath Bell is a top closer, I would make this move. Young and Jeter is a wash, Kinsler>Pedroia, but it's not a huge dropoff. What really breaks the deal opened is Pujols, he is one of the best players of all time and he can single handedly carry your team when other players are slumping. As you said you will be taking a hit with saves but there are always new closers coming out of the woodwork throughout the season.

get pujols and run - saves are the easiest catagory to catch up on later- always injuries!! work the waivers hard and watch zumaya and c perez and downs.
