I really need the SP, but my lineup isn't so deep that I can take the lose of Rios. And this is H2H, so there's something to be said about a guy who plays for you 6 or 7 days a week versus a pitcher who usually just goes once

Another option is Ervin Santana, but I'm scared of his injury.

Id take Santana over kazmir. The thing with Rios is that he won't be stealing 32 bases again this year which lowers his value by a significant margin IMO.

Id stay put. I have never liked pitchers in the AL East because of all the good lineups they have to face. Dont worry, Rios will turn it around and you can probably get better value for him. Target a guy like Kevin Slowey or Liriano right now (or Nolasco)

I disagree about Rios losing value. He may not steal 30 bases but he could just as easily go 20-20 keeping his value right around the same.
