Verlander and E. Volquez both dropped. Which to target?

Both Verlander and E. Volquez were recently dropped in my 10 team, H2H, redraft league. They clear waivers tonight, and I can't decide which one to gamble on. Both have great K potential, but also high ERA's from time to time.

This is a 6x6 league w/ the standard 5x5 categories + OBP and IP.

Right now I am planning to drop M. Scherzer for either one, as I think they both have more upside then Max for this year. Maybe I'm wrong though?
