I would go with Upton first and Maybin second.

I agree. Id put Fowler and Maybin in the same ballpark, I really don't think all that highly of both but Id take Fowler over Maybin just due to Coors Field.
Upton has flash potential last year and should eventually start hitting again, problem might also be that offense, its pretty anemic.
