Bay is hot and Teixeira is cold and I just think that this might be the moment to make a move - not to mention that I need more help at 1B and CI.

Agreed. No brainer. Bay is good, but Teixera is a stud.

worth a shot. you have the OF depth to handle the loss of bay, and buying low on teix is a good idea

I guess my only worry is Tex's wrist issues - I just don't know if he has been playing injured or not.
