Braun for Longoria? WHIR

Hey guys,
Should I give Braun to get Longoria?

I desperately need a 3B (the owners of Miggy, and Wright dont want to deal them). I think Braun will be slightly better than Longoria this year, but I think it will make my offense better. Should I ask for a slight upgrade at another position or just do it straight up?

This is a deal that will go through straight up I think. I wouldn't blame you if you did it either... it improves both teams I think... you more than him considering your OF situation.

But I think you could send Derosa and try to get something in return. Even make it a 3 for 2 but the only thing on his team that you might be able to snatch up is Cano... and I don't know how I feel about him yet. Agonz and Votto but that feels more like a wash to me.

I think you can expand the trade slightly--aim to get Weaver or Cueto from him with one of your weaker pitchers.

So..

Braun + One of your weaker pitchers for Longoria + Weaver or Cueto.

I'm still passing, this is Braun you're talking about trading, and a slight upgrade at closer doesn't make it any closer.

Yeah,
I would like to get an upgrade somewhere else. I wish he had some speed somewhere other than Damon or Reyes. I will see what I can do. Thanks guys
