Waiver Decision: Ian Stewart or Howie Kendrick?

I recently picked up Ian Stewart, and he now qualifies at 2B/3B/OF. Howie Kendrick is available, so would you dump Stewart for him. I could use steals, but these guys could end up being fairly comparable in that category. Stewart's value could rise due to his new eligibility, so I'm hesitating. What think ye?
