I'll take Harang, but its close. Its only 20 IP so far for Harang in '09, but its been enough for me to forgive most of 2008 (granted I didn't own him last year in any league). Ricky Nolasco is better than his stats say so far, but he's still relatively unproven compared to Harang. 2008 was such a mess for Harang, but so far - its looks like the old Harang is back - thats a pitcher who year in and year out will compete for the NL strikeout crown.

I like Harang's chances to bounce back to his former self. He gets the nod for me, slightly.

At the beginning of the year, I would have said Nolasco. However, he just hasn't impressed at the start of the season. Harang plays in a hitters park and has no offense around him. I'd take the upside of Nolasco and the Marlins over Harang.
