espn said peavy will work it out and that he may be traded, but til then he plays in the better park, but may not get those wins. i'd probably do cruz/cc for bay/peavy though. cruz may hurt u for average, but doing so u may lose some of those W's, but ur offense will go up in every category.

That's a pretty fair trade. However, I would stand pat. You'd be selling Sabathia low. I wouldn't be targeting Peavy since there is talk that he is hurt. I like Bay, but wouldn't be willing to deal Sabathia to get him and Peavy. I probably wouldn't do Greinke or Beckett either. I think all of them will have great years.
I'm not a huge fan of that. CC is already starting to show some life, and as the weather heats up, so will his fastball. As a Peavy owner, I think (hope) he'll be fine, but there's no guarantee. And CC's W potential is heads and shoulders above Peavy's, even if he does get traded at some point.
I don't know your lineup, so I suppose it depends how bad you want/need Bay's stability in your lineup, but I do like Cruz - he'll go through his ups and downs in his rookie season, but I think come end of the year his numbers will look pretty good.
I don't see the other manager going for this deal. Even going into the season Sabathia and Bay had nearly identical value. As of now I doubt you could even get a 1 for 1 on this deal. As an owner of both Sabathia and Bay I'd go with Bay 10 days out of 10.
