Best source for real-time email updates???

This is my second season playing fantasy baseball, and I always seem to be one step behind the other teams when a closer change is made, or a guy is out of the line-up for the day.

Can anyone recommend a good site where I can sign up, customize a list of players, and receive real-time email updates as soon as there is news about them being benched for the day, or losing the closer role, etc.?

I don't think there's a free real time email updater deal out there...if you can, just leave www.rotoworld.com's mlb page up in the backgournd and it refreshes itself every so often, that way you will know what's going on instantly...hope this helps

if you use Gmail you can also set your Google alerts to email you news whenever you want. it may prove to be a bit more info than you want but it should suure you of getting any news as soon as it hits the wires.
