Atkins/Kendrick for Al.Ramirez/I.Stewart?

Thinking of offering Atkins and Kendrick for Al.Ramirez and I.Stewart. I don't trust Kendrick to stay healthy and I have A.Hill at 2B. Atkins is nice, but only if he remains in Col. Ramirez qualifies at 2B, SS and OF in my league so it gives me a solid player with flexability and he could hit as many HRs as Atkins. Stewart doesn't have a perminent spot, but they;ve been finding ways to get him into the line up more often then not and he qualifies at 2B and 3B. Should I do this?

Sent the offer and it was rejected. He's mentioned in the past that he very much wants Jeter (Yankee fan). Should I offer Jeter and Kendrick? Another option is to keep Jeter and Atkins and just deal Kendrick for E.Dukes which could help out my OF. Not sure what to do.
