Is this roto or H2H? If it is H2H, I rather stick it out with Holliday, seeing if he can turn it around now, and how especially useful he may be if he's dealt to a contender after the ASB. If it is roto, I'd go with Upton. You have more than enough power to compete, and the increased R and SB production would be quite valuable.

I'd stick with Holliday then. While you are trading a buy low for a buy low, I think that with the extra categories and probability that Holliday gets dealt to the Angels/Sox/Whoever in second half (which will be huge for your playoffs!) is just too appealing.
Read wrong the first time. I actually had both on my team and had my option of keeping either one in a trade. I kept Upton but do not feel great about it right now because I could use the power more than speed.

I am assuming BJ Upton, I would do it since your only real speedster is Furcal and who knows with his back issues how he will be, Holliday is not doing well at all, but could heat up, but you are great in the power dept. so I would definately do Matt Holliday for BJ Upton, if it is Justin Upton hell no.
