is it good to start people playing doubleheaders?

I have Paul Konerko and Endy Chavez who are both playing twice today. Should I use that to my advantage? If I don't start one of them I can start willy taveras because I have Adam Dunn in my outfield, and I'm losing SB by three already. Advice?
