While I am really high on Hill this year, I would still try to trade him while he is one of the hottest players right now. I would start by going team by team and seeing who could use an upgrade at 2nd and then going for one of their top 2 closers. I wouldn't offer him for one of the best closers unless the person has a ton of closers and absolutely crap at 2nd. However, I would offer him for some 2nd tier guys if the person has a few closers.

As mentioned above Frank Francisco would be a great one to get, he is emerging as one of the better closers and he isn't really respected too much in the fantasy community.
