What do you guys think....I give David Wright and B.J. Upton for Youkilis and Carl Crawford or I sell high and deal Inge and B.J. Upton for Victor Martinez and Carl Crawford. I am in a really shallow 8 team roto league.
My current team:
Inge
Tex
Utley
Furcal
Wright
Ichiro
B.J. Upton
Kemp
Rios
Util: Fielder
Util: Adrian Gonzalez
BN: Tejada
Wainwright
Bedard
James Shields
Heath Bell
Qualls
Billingsley
Peavy
BN: Fuentes

I really don't like those offers I think you need to wait it out on Wright and Upton, you didn't draft those guys early so you could give up on them after only three weeks.

I wouldn't do the first one but would consider the second because if you could sell that high on Inge who will plummet back to earth sooner than later I would do it.
please help

first offer is terrible for you. absolutely terrible.
the second i dont like either. selling inge high is a good idea, but you'd be selling upton low.

I agree too. I wouldn't even consider the 1st trade & while I like the idea of selling high on Inge...no way would you be getting a good return on Upton in either of these trades

First one is a no. The second one, how much is Upton hurting you now? If it something you can't recover from, do it. Inge may keep going all year, who knows? But you won't lose there if you take Victor.
help?

I agree with mostly everyone here. D Wright is pressing right now like he usually does early in the season. I expect him to exceed last years monsters numbers.
I dont like the second trade very much. But I wouldn't hesitate to trade upton in a different deal. He seems to miss expectations every year although he has all the tools as evidenced in last years playoffs.
please help me

I would not do either trade, though I would give thought to the second one. I think there will be a greater difference between Inge and Martinez than there will be between Upton and Crawford.
I don't think the second one is bad for you, but in an 8 teamer you can probably find a better catcher than Inge anyway when he starts to drop. Upton has immense talent
Help??
