Starting Pitching question - 6 * 6 , mixed 12 team, non-keeper league

Pitching stats (wins, k's, era, whip, holds, saves):

Parra - terrible start, but like the upside, pitching in NL and good offense/ pen.
Romero - rookie, great start, good pitcher park. currently on DL. Concern?
Purcey- lots of ks/ high whip and era... But, Good pitcher park, offense, pen..
Anderson - rookie, ok start. Good pitcher park, pen. Offense is suspect.

After 3 full weeks of play, who do you like going forward? I'm partial to Romero based on what -I've seen to date from each
