How many teams? What kind of league? I'd say drop neither and try and move Milwood and another player for someone else.

I would drop Millwood. Obviously a keeper league. Makes Verlander>>Millwood.
good luck

Given your staff drop Milwood...neither are going to crack your starting rotation, so hang onto Verlander who still has the bigger upside...worst case scenario, if he can't turn it around in a month or so replace him too...
Can you help me out?

Definitely hang onto Verlander. I'd drop either Edwin Jackson or Millwood. It's a toss up. Edwin has great stuff, but how long will his excellent command last? Millwood is in a contract year, I think he might surprise people (IF he can somehow limit the amount of longballs). I like Edwin more, but if you are putting any emphasis on two start weeks, Millwood has a better matchup this week.
Go get LaRoche. I wish he was a FA in my league, so I wouldn't have to play Kotchman.
